How the loyalty platform works

A quick overview of how owners, staff, and customers use the system together. You can link this page from your marketing site or share it with new teams.

For venue owners

You use the portal to define your loyalty rules, create rewards, and see performance.

  • Configure how customers earn points per visit or spend.
  • Create rewards such as free items or discounts.
  • Invite staff, manage outlets, and review activity.
  • Export data if you want to analyse visits offline.

For staff

Staff use the terminal (POS web app) to find a customer and add or redeem points.

  • Log in with a simple PIN on the POS or a tablet.
  • Scan the customer QR or type their card code.
  • Choose "Add points" or "Redeem reward" at checkout.
  • See the customer's current balance and history.

For customers

Customers use a digital card on their phone, accessed via QR or link.

  • Scan a QR at your venue to enroll in seconds.
  • Save their digital card to their phone home screen.
  • Show the QR whenever they visit to earn points.
  • Tap to see available rewards and history.

End-to-end flow

  1. 1. You create a tenant in the portal.

    From the super admin panel you add a new tenant (for example "Example Cafe"), choose a plan, and invite the owner.

  2. 2. Owner configures their loyalty program.

    Inside the portal, the venue defines how points are earned, what rewards exist, and sets up outlets and staff PINs.

  3. 3. Customers enroll with a QR code.

    The venue prints the /marketing/poster poster or table QRs from the portal. Guests scan to enroll and receive their digital card.

  4. 4. Staff add & redeem points from the terminal.

    At checkout, staff open the terminal in a browser, enter their PIN, scan the card, and choose how many points to add or which reward to redeem.

  5. 5. Everyone sees the results.

    Owners see aggregated metrics in the portal, customers can check their balance on their card page, and you as super admin see global stats across all tenants.
